Zizyphus jujuba seed is an important traditional Chinese medicine. It is mainly used to treat the symptoms of asthenia, restlessness, palpitation and heartbeat, spleen deficiency, stomach weakness and indigestion.

Jujube usually ripens in October. Processing method:

1. Take the jujube stone. The fresh pickled jujube was dried in half, then soaked in a water tank for 4-5 days. The jujube flesh was sparsely soaked and loosened. The pulp was removed and the seed core was removed.

2. Peel off the seed coat to get the seed kernels. After grinding, the seeds and crushed skin were sifted and washed in a water tank. The seeds were lighter and floated on the water surface. The crushed seed coat was heavier and sinked, and then the seeds were picked up with the stirring of a fence.

3. Sunning kernels. The seeds are dried in the sun, that is, Zizyphus jujuba seeds for traditional Chinese medicine.
